1. General

By using X1Events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept cash, card, and mobile money. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Event Changes

Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes via email. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
